Gloria J. D’Souza is the founder and Principal Attorney of the firm, bringing in over two decades of legal expertise and a deeply personal connection to the immigration journey. Originally from India, she immigrated to the United States in 2003, giving her firsthand insight into the hopes, challenges, and complexities faced by individuals seeking legal status, work authorization, permanent residency, and citizenship.
Throughout her career, Ms. D’Souza has guided individuals and families navigating personal immigration matters, domestic and international corporations managing employment-based work visas and immigration. Ms. D’Souza’s legal expertise spans key pillars of U.S. immigration law, including:
